Two Weeks Late Avionics
We believe avionics should be on the shelf when you need it. Most of the time, that's exactly where ours is.
Six months shouldn't be a normal lead time.
Sometimes demand gets ahead of us. Sometimes we sell the last one before the next batch is finished. Sometimes we're just late.
We're shooting for two weeks.
Because somewhere along the way, 16, 20, and 26 week lead times became normal in aerospace.
We don't think they should be.
Build before the purchase order.
Hardware takes time to build. We understand that. But that time should happen before you need the hardware, not after you order it.
So we build ahead. We carry inventory. We try to have hardware on the shelf and ready to go.
And when we get it wrong, the goal isn't to hand you a delivery date two quarters from now. It's to catch up quickly.
